We have recently completed a series of clinical studies using sleep monitoring equipment to demonstrate how Somnius induces brainwave entrainment to help users fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.  We will be posting the results of this study and other scientific studies substantiating Rhythmedics effectiveness in all our products.
